In short
Booking with TunisiaRide takes three screens: your route, your vehicle, your details. TunisiaRide confirms in writing within two working hours with a firm price, then sends the driver's name and the vehicle registration the day before your transfer.

Tell us your route
Pickup, destination, date, time, number of passengers and bags. If you are flying in, add your flight number — it is used for tracking.
Choose your vehicle
Only the categories that fit your group and luggage are shown. Child seats and a wheelchair-accessible vehicle are requested at this step.
TunisiaRide confirms within 2 hours
You receive the firm price and your booking reference by email and on WhatsApp. Nothing is charged at this stage.
Your driver meets you
The day before, you receive his name, phone number and the vehicle registration. At the airport he waits in arrivals with a board showing your name.
Frequently asked questions
When do I pay?
To the driver at the end of the journey, in cash (dinar, euro or dollar), or by prior bank transfer for corporate accounts. Nothing is charged at booking and no card details are requested online.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup. Within that window, contact TunisiaRide on WhatsApp: a cancellation caused by a cancelled or diverted flight never incurs a fee.
Do I need to create an account?
No. Booking requires no account, no password and no sign-up. Your details are used only to arrange and confirm your journey.
