What data is collected, why, and for how long.
TunisiaRide collects only the data needed to arrange your journey: your name, contact details, pickup and drop-off addresses and flight number. This data is never sold or used for advertising, and is kept for three years after your last booking.
Data collected and purposes
When you book: first name, surname, email address, phone number, country of residence, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and time, number of passengers and bags, flight number where relevant, and any additional information you choose to provide.
This data is used solely to prepare the quote, arrange the journey, assign the driver and contact you if something changes. It is shared only with the driver assigned to your journey, and only as far as necessary.
Retention and your rights
Booking data is kept for three years from the last service, in line with accounting and commercial obligations. Invoicing data is kept for ten years as required by regulation.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to the email address on the contact page. TunisiaRide responds within thirty days.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers without your explicit consent. Only cookies strictly necessary for the site to function are set without consent, as regulation permits.
No data is passed to advertising networks, data brokers or retargeting platforms.
